The principal of Book-Broker is James Abraham, a former writer, editor, editorial writer, literary critic, and columnist with several newspapers, including the Milwaukee Journal, Tallahassee Democrat, Charlotte Sun and Sarasota Herald-Tribune. He has written a well-received political biography that is used in university curricula and has published a collection of his insightful book essays. Abraham is a popular critic and lecturer at writers’ centers and colleges. His years as a literary critic give James Abraham the experience to teach writing and reading workshops, coach writers, and package books. He knows what it is like to self-publish, and brings a holistic approach to the job.


Juanita Dix is a veteran designer with more than twenty years’ experience in publishing design. She has produced more than 200 covers and has extensive interior layout, typesetting and design experience. Her portfolio includes work from a variety of publishers, book packagers and prestigious university presses.
